Greek PM Alexis Tsipras will meet with French President Francois Hollande, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Egyptian President Fattah Sisi on the sidelines of his official visit to Egypt for the inauguration of the hew Suez Canal Thursday.
