A hidden "Treasure" in the hands of Greece

Two Billion in Deposits and Loans

It seems that Greece had to wait for the crisis and the Memorandum, in order to seek what assets belong to it and how to take advantage of them.
The hidden treasure, which left to the unclaimed for nearly a century in the basement of the Deposits and Loans Fund, has been decided to be utilized

The cash deposit held in is nearly two billion euro, while the gold and other valuables, which have been kept (Seizure of Financial Crime, police, etc.), have not been valued yet . In order to do that the government will have to:
– monitor and evaluate the “treasure” of unclaimed custody
– to change during the summer and shorten the deadlines for reimbursement to their owners, or to the State of unclaimed custody.
– to allow the government to take the money and gold from the unclaimed deposits with express procedures

The revenue would be earmarked for social purposes or to vulnerable groups
The income of the above will be used for social purposes and to help vulnerable groups
