SYRIZA parliamentary spokesman Panagiotis Lafazanis addressed the party’s Central Committee on Sunday and lashed out at Prime Minister Antonis Samaras

He said that “only and most compelling way for the rescue of the country is the progressive overturning, which is the only guarantee for a way out.”

Mr. Lafazanis also blamed Prime Minister for last week’s tension in the markets and said that recent turmoil in the markets was a result of the new adverse economic developments. He also added that the economic crisis was getting worse with particular intensity in the Eurozone and was accompanied by a deep political crisis.

He also stressed that the “message of the recent overreaction of the markets for the Left is that a great policy was needed. There is also a need for a more substantial preparation and a more processed plan to deal with the pressures and the blackmails of the markets and the established European centers, with the aim of ensuring the consistent implementation of its programme”.
