Passengers have the option of stopping off at the Parthenon before continuing to other destinations
A new air route by Aegean Airlines between Luxembourg and Athens kicks off in May, 2016. The carrier will operate the service on Thursdays and Saturdays using Airbus A320 planes with 174-seat capacity. Passengers will then be able to access connecting flights to Greek islands and mainland Greece as well as cities in neighboring countries.
The service will only operate in the summer season from May-September 2016.
