Jr. coalition party claims that centrist opposition has ‘crossed the line’

They stress that the “continuous slanderous” against Panos Kammenos will lead to court

A spokeswoman for the junior party in the current Greek government coalition, the rightist-populist Independent Greeks (AN.EL), on Wednesday took offence to recent and sharp criticism of the party’s leader by the opposition Potami party.

“They (Potami) behave hysterically and continue to launch unethical attacks against the Minister of Defense and ANEL President Panos Kammenos,” was the view of Marina Hrisoveloni, who also warned of “legal recourse” over the criticism by the Potami party, a new pro-European centrist grouping formed last year.
