42 of the stocks traded increased, 12 were down and 13 were unchanged

Equity prices rose on the Athens Stock Eschange at 11 a.m. on Friday, with the basic share price index up 0.32% at 764.06 points and turnover at 8.39 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks increased by 0.18% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up by 0.25%.

The biggest gains were in Media (+4%), Personal & Household (+2.71%) and Construction (+2.69%).Individual sector indices saw Real Estate moving downwards (-0.17%).
