In recent days, the men of the Police Special Operations Group of Crete had managed to locate his whereabouts and were watching. When they were ascertained that he was in a hiding that he had made at home, arrested him under arrest pending against him by the investigator A Misdemeanor Department of Heraklion for attempted murder. Inside the hatch was a specially designed area in which the young fugitive lived undetected. In his possession had a mobile phone which was confiscated, the mark of which had helped to find him.
It was the afternoon of the 11th of September 2013, when the young man shot seven times in the house of his 43 year old uncle who escaped the fate of death and was hospitalized for some time at the General Hospital of Heraklion. Immediately after the attempt, the 28 year old offender then disappeared and a 43 year old man was arrested as the instigator . In the homes of both a hunting rifle with 19 cartridges and two bayonets had been found.
