Ebola epidemic virus has caused the death of over 10.000 people in West Africa, as the latest World Health Organization report released indicates.

According to the same report, 24.350 people have been infected and been sick in nine countries, while 10.004 of them have died.

Since the beginning of 2014, 4.162 deaths have been recorded in Libya, 3.655 in Sierra Leone and another 2.187 in Guinea.
