Are Angela Merkel’s policies dividing Europe?
Mother Angela is featured on the cover of German weekly news magazine Der Spiegel. Described as “Mutter Angela” she is viewed as the Mother Theresa of the migrant plight.
The magazine’s caption writes: “Her policies divide Europe”. The article points to Germany’s decision to lift Dubil II for Syrian refugees before blocking borders with Austria.
“The challenge is to remain calm and not panic even when there are huge doubts. Can we do this?” ask the magazine’s columnist.
