Egyptian dancer and cameraman arrested due to “racy” music vid

It insults the Egyptian state, apparently

Shaking in front of the camera wearing a tiny black dress while the singer behind her touches her sensually. These images may be commonplace in the West, but in Egypt, it’s grounds of arrest.

The image of the dancer el-Fouly, who dances to the song “Sib Idi” (“Take your hands off me”) did not go unnoticed by Egyptian authorities. An arrest warrant was issued for el-Fouly, as well as the cameraman, for partaking in the shooting of a “racy” video.
