European Commission spokesperson Margaritis Schinas said that there is a continued progress on negotiations. Despite any problems, Mr. Schinas stressed that the progress is made in “technical and political level”, reminding that when negotiations end, Institutions will evaluate the Greek program and  Euro Working Group will meet in order to approve the disbursement of the tranche before next week.

Mr. Schinas refused to comment on to what extent the participation and support of SYRIZA members in today’s strike affects the validity of the measures.
