Former President Prokopis Pavlopoulos admitted to hospital for Covid treatment for precautionary reasons

Former President of the Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos, who tested positive for the coronavirus, was admitted to the hospital for precautionary reasons. His treatment was deemed necessary although he is vaccinated and asymptomatic due to the fact that he has an underlying disease – chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
