The end of the year is near and Google has released a list of topics that were most searched over the past 12 months.

The keywords featured in the list reflect the biggest news stories of the year, including the Ebola virus outbreak in Africa, the World Cup and the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

At the top place, we find the name of late actor Robin Williams, who killed himself earlier in 2014.
