The granddaughter of a well-known Greek journalist underwent gender reassignment surgery and became a boy from a girl. This was revealed on the morning of Wednesday 28/9 by the journalist Thanos Vagios on Ant-1 TV Breakfast show hosted by George Liagas.

The journalist’s granddaughter with a long career in the media felt trapped in her body from a very young age, as she explained. Shortly after she came of age, she addressed her close circle and told them that she felt like a boy and not a girl.

According to the same report, her grandmother was the first to cheer her up. “Go ahead and we support you” she reportedly told her before the gender reassignment operation.

After the gender transition, the now 25-year-old grandson of the famous journalist feels very grateful to his grandmother. He has changed his name, lives, and works abroad by choice.
