Greek Bishop of Aetolia died with coronavirus

He was unvaccinated

The Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania Kosmas reposed after battling with the coronavirus. Metropolitan Kosmas was admitted to the hospital of Agrinio on December 1, when his health condition severely deteriorated.

After 25 days in the ICU of Evangelismos in Athens, he was intubated and his condition remained stable but critical.

The 76-year-old Metropolitan had also undergone a tracheostomy, while his oxygen had improved. The Metropolitan was unvaccinated. His sister, who also died with coronavirus a few days ago, was also unvaccinated.
