Greek PM Tsipras message on March 25 Independence Day

Soon economic crisis will end, he said

Greek PM Alexis Tsipras expressed his hope that the next page in Greek history would see the country free of the economic crisis, during his annual message on occasion of the Greek Independence Day celebrated on March 25. Tsipras said that the Greek people have proved their strength, dignity and pride and would continue to do so. The Prime Minister said the Greek revolution in 1821 was the fruit of the European and Greek enlightenment and a bearer of contemporary values like freedom and social justice. ‘Soon the difficult period will come to an end’, he said referring to the economic crisis.
