Hospitals are excluded from the bill

Health Minister Panagiotis Kouroumblis said that the legislative act concerning the siphoning of funds from public bodies to the Bank of Greece does not concern hospitals. Speaking to Parapolitiko radio station, he said that hospitals had been forwarded the legislative act that has a provision for the exclusion of entities whose cash reserves are necessary for the next 15 days.

Kouroumblis said that patients in hospitals will be able to get their medications from pharmacies as of May 1.
