As of today Chios has to its possession a big Greek flag of 150 square meters.
On Monday at the harbor of the island on the occasion of the celebration for the completion of 102 years of the liberation of Chios by the Turks, the hoisting of a 150 square meter flag took place.
The flag will remain in the port until Wednesday and onwards will be used on every national holiday.
