Gawker Media is fighting a court battle, after Hulk Hogan sued the owner for 100 million USD, following the release of his sex tape.

According to Capital New York, Hogan is asking for 100 million USD for the love scenes between himself and Heather Clem, the former wife of his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, a famous radio producer.

The Gawker Media owner told Business Insider that this legal battle may cause his company to “sink”. Heather Clem, on her part, considers Hulk Hogan quite “graphic” now, regretting the whole thing.
