Relatives, friends and associates are paying their last respects to Greek singer Giannis Poulopoulos in the cemetery of Kifissia where the funeral services are taking place. The deceased has been a citizen of Ekali and a resident of Nea Kifissia in recent years. His wife Betty and his daughter Anda had arrived early at the cemetery to accept the condolences of close friends and associates of the great singer.

Giannis Poulopoulos, who passed away on Sunday at 79 in the intensive care unit of the “Attikon” hospital, where he was treated, after serious health complications, was one of the most important performers of “New Wave” music genre.
