The Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced during a the cabinet meeting on Tuesday morning that date of the upcoming elections is the 21st of May. Regarding the case of holding second elections, he said that they will be held at the beginning of July.

At the same time, the her pointed out once again the “non-governance trap” from simple proportionality, stressing that “the first election will show who will govern and the second how he will govern”.

After the announcement of the date of the elections by Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the last bill will be the fundraising bill of the Minister of the Interior, Makis Voridis, which will be debated by Holy Tuesday at the latest.
