“9,500 employees in public sector have already been laid off and until the end of year 5,500 more employees will be laid off, too”
Administrative Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis talked to “Parapolitika 90.1” and clarified that government would keep its commitments on 15,000 layoffs in the public sector for 2013 and 2014.
He noted that “9,500 employees in public sector have already been laid off and until the end of year 5,500 more employees will be laid off, too”.
At the same time, he stressed that government fought with Troika so that no more employees would be laid off.
