A mysterious black circle above Shortandy village in the north of Kazakhstan, near the capital Astana,  taken on Sunday morning has baffled residents. The black dot in the distance hovered in a near perfect circle for over a quarter of an hour. Experts said taht it’s size was almost 100 meters in diameter and it hovered 70 km above the ground

“It was like a black cloud,” said one resident. “We saw it at around 4 pm on April 3. It dissipated like smoke, but it was completely odourless.”

Youtube users who watched the video upload of the mysterious object suggested it had been created by an “extra-terrestrial force.”
