Nikos Michaloliakos: How the Judicial Council arrived at the decision for his release from prison

He had not been in prison for two years due to health issues - The actual completion of his sentence is April 30, 2032

Nikos Michaloliakos, the leader of  political party Xrysi Avgi (Golden Dawn) criminal organisation,  is waiting for hisconditional release from Domokos prison, where he was transferred due to health reasons. Despite a 13-year sentence, he has served a portion in a rehabilitation center. The Lamia Judicial Council decided his release based on provisions allowing release after serving 3/5 of his sentence.
