OAED will keep its public character, PASOK says

“combating unemployment and the protection of the unemployed is the state’s responsibility and obligation”, PASOK claims

PASOK party press office released a statement regarding a report on OAED published on the German newspaper Bild characterizing it as “totally unfounded”.

According to Bild, Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) will be cut into pieces and sold.

PASOK said that “the protection of the public character of OAED is the party’s firm position and part of the government’s policy platform” adding that “combating unemployment and the protection of the unemployed is the state’s responsibility and obligation”.
