Off-duty officer killed a man from Kazakhstan

The two men argued about the loud music coming from the Kazakhstani’s appartment

Special police officer shot and killed an expatriate from Kazakhstan, on Friday afternoon.
The incident took place in Kallithea, where the two men were neighbors at a flat building. According to neighbors, it started as an argument about the loud music coming from the Kazakhstani’s apartment that turned into a shooting.
The deceased who was staying with his girlfriend is said to have been fighting with her a lot. Neighbors told the police that they have heard her calling for help several times in the past.
The officer who was off duty when he shot his neighbor is arrested and is currently hospitalized in the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens.
