Opposition wants DM to reveal name of AMEX card holder

The invoice of the Greek DM’s high-class travel and dining was revealed by Proto Thema

The opposition Potami and PASOK parties on Wednesday demanded that embattled Greek DM Panos Kammenos reveal the holder of an AMEX card he used in Washington D.C. to pay for a $1,400-a-night suite at a luxury hotel and a nearly 1,000-buck steak dinner.
Kammenos, who traveled to the US capital to meet with the Pentagon’s leadership — sans the US Secretary of Defence, whose office said was indisposed — stayed for three nights at the D.C. Four Seasons, using a “two-for-three” discount deal.
While paying a portion of the total bill in cash, the relevant billings on the American Express card totaled for than 3,000 US dollars.
Opposition MPs called on Kammenos, who founded and heads the small rightist AN.EL. party, to reveal who the holder of the card is.
