Footy fans led to prosecutor after clashes at Greek airport

15 people were injured, eight seriously, in the airport clashes between fans

The three Serbians and two Greeks had been arrested on Thursday at the Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport following clashes between fans of the Dynamo Zagreb and Red Star Belgrade football club who came to watch the football match between their team and Olympiacos football club on Thursday. The arrested sports fans are being led on Friday to the prosecutor on charges concerning their involvement in the clashes that broke out between the two teams’ football fans.
Police said that during the clashes 15 persons were injured, 8 of them seriously and were sent to hospital.
