Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a press conference was categorical when asked whether Greece had asked for economic help from Russia. He said that Greek PM Alexis Tsipras never asked him for any financial assistance during their meetings over the last period. He added that it was wrong to lay all responsibility of the crisis solely on Greece. He expressed his certainty that the Greek crisis would eventually be resolved.
