A 36-year-old Romanian woman who visited the Acropolis archeological site tried to steal some marbles on Tuesday morning (19/9). According to reports, the… tourist was impressed by the Acropolis and decided to take home two marbles as a “souvenir”.

However, during the act, she was noticed by a 42-year-old woman who was also at the spot and notified police. After a few minutes, the 36-year-old woman was spotted by officers of the Patrol Division and arrested for aggravated theft.
