Migrants on a boat north of Samos

A search and rescue operation to detect about 40 refugees on a boat is under way north of the island of Samos. A Greek coast guard boat and a Frontex helicopter have been deployed and are scouring the area. Winds are 4 to 5 knots north of Samos.
