Taste Atlas: Greek cuisine excelled – Second place worldwide

Italy and Japan tied for first place - See which Greek dishes made the top 100 list

Like every year, this year Taste Atlas published the results of the global vote for the 100 best cuisines and 100 best foods in the world for 2023.

Greece took second place, while Italy and Japan tied for first place .

According to Taste Atlas, there were a total of 395,205 dish reviews and 115,660 product and raw material reviews on the platform.

Based on these ratings, the best rated kitchens in the world were averaged.

With an “Excellent” score of 5, Greek cuisine collected a score of 4.64 and emerged as the second best worldwide.

First place was shared by Italy and Japan with a score of 4.65.
