The bank has announced the withdrawal of Professor Gikas Hardouvelis, the economic advisor and member of the Executive Committee of Eurobank, in order for him to assume the position of Minister of Finance.
The banks statement mentioned that, from this position of responsibility in the bank, Professor G. Hardouvelis had significant contribution in shaping strategic business decisions and in preparing the Group’s strategy, by conducting financial analyzes and forecasts for the financials of the bank.
The management of Eurobank expressed its gratitude to Mr. G. Hardouvelis for his contribution over the years and wished him great success in his new post.
