The Metropolitan Museum “trolls” Kim Kardashian in… “Greek”

Cycladic figurines are so trendy

Internet users may have likened Kim Kardashian’s PAPER magazine cover as a point to park bicycles, delicious donuts, or fries, but the top “troll” came from the Metropolitan Museum of New York, and it has Greek…color.

Wishing to be sarcastic of the rear of the famous Kim viewed in plain view on the magazine and tot highlight the exhibits of the Met, it posted a Cycladic figurine on its Twitter, with a backside resembling Kim Kardashian.

The description states that the figurine is made of Cycladic marble and is an excellent example of a rare type known as a “steatopygous”, with large buttocks. Unlike the back, the torso of the statue is flat with its arms embracing its “breasts” like a V.
