Tsipras says he is pleased with the foreclosure deal

He said that the negotiations were “tough” adding that “Our main concern was to protect the weak”

Greek Prime Minister met with President of Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos and expressed the view that Greece is at the end of a hard road since ” these days we overcome a big obstacle towards the recapitalization of the banks”.

“We must bite the bullet for the last difficult turns and we must think of those who get through more difficult and stand by them, to protect the income and regain their job security,” Mr. Tsipras said.

Mr. Tsipras said that the negotiations were “tough” adding that “Our main concern was to protect the weak”.  He also said that he is even “pleased” arguing that ” we protected the 60%, those who are not able to repay their loans”.
