Turkey denies allegations that ISIS assaulted Kobane from Turkish soil

The attack on the Kurdish city has escalated once more

Tanju Bilgiç, a spokesman for the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs spoke to journalists today, during a press conference, and categorically denied all allegations that ISIS fighters entered Kobane from Turkish soil.

He stated that after the jihadist attack against Kobane, 63 injured were transferred to Turkey, and two of them are dead, including a child.

ISIS has escalated its attack against the key city. The jihadists had been pushed back five months ago by the joint efforts of air raids from the US-led coalition and the bravery of Kurdish militia.
