Once a model, always a model! Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, and Naomi Campbell – or the iconic supermodels of the 90s – were reunited on Thursday at the Vogue World event in London.
To close the show, the foursome joined hands on stage before making the rounds of the… triumph at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Campbell opted for a dress in green, while the other three ladies chose metallic hues for their dresses
The models’ presence at the event comes on the heels of their appearance on the cover of Vogue’s September issue.
“My reaction was, is this really happening?” said Campbell, 53.
“One of my favourite things about the fashion industry is these friendships from people all over the world,” noted Crawford, 57. “I’m blessed to have come up in that era, I wouldn’t want to come up in any other era,” Campbell continued. “There was a sisterhood there, defined by caring and loyalty: when one is down, you pick up the other.”
The four models will star in an upcoming series on Apple TV+ called The Super Models, which will be released on September 20.
