The Greek Ministry of Tourism released a video that captures this year’s success in travel revenue and arrivals, as well as the extension of the season that seems to be happening.

In the report video “The great return of Greek tourism” it is highlighted that the revenues for 2022 are estimated to reach 18 billion euros, with markets such as the United Kingdom, France, and Germany recording increases of +21.3%, +17.6%, and +7.2% respectively compared to 2019.

Also shown are the spots from the 12-month tourism and city break campaigns, Greece’s participation in international exhibitions, strategic agreements, and domestic tourism support programmes, as well as the impact it had on international and Greek media.
