We calculated the number of calories in The Rock’s “Power Breakfast”

His cheat meals are outrageous, but how many calories are in Dwayne Johnson’s steak and eggs breakfast?

If we know one thing about Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, it’s that he can eat. We’ve seen him power through cheat day meals that would make mere mortals quiver. We’ve seen the huge plates of sushi, burgers and cookies. Hell, we’ve even tried them for ourselves.

What we’ve seen less of, however, is the diet that powers The Rock the rest of the time. That powerhouse physique can’t be powered on chicken and broccoli, can it? Well, a recent Instagram post by the man himself gave us a sneak peek inside of what The Rock is cooking on the daily.

So let us paint a picture for you. Imagine that The Rock wakes up, hits the Iron Paradise and completes a slugfest of a workout. He then sits down for what he calls his ‘power breakfast’. To you or me that may be eggs, some avocado and maybe a little halloumi on the side, but to The Rock a power breakfast consists of flank steak, eggs, peppers, mushrooms, onions and short-grain brown rice.
