This subtitled sketch, Vincero,  explains what the job search is like for young people in Greece, who are hardest hit by unemployment. Even today, a large percentage of workers are hired based on meson (contacts) rather than meritocracy. The economic crisis has merely exacerbated the situation with fear as workers, especially young people, forego their rights.
