Doctor Robert Hamilton of Pacific Ocean Pediatrics in Santa Monica, California has been a pediatrician for 30 years and said his method has worked for him for many years and on thousands of infants.

Dr Hamilton shared The Hold on his YouTube channel on Sunday showing the easy to follow steps of his magic touch.

All he does it to cross gently the baby’s arms over its chest, then hold the baby with two hands at a 45 degree angle with one hand over its chest and arms and the other supporting its bottom. Then he lifts the baby up and down and shake it gently.
