Greek popular singer Stamatis Gonidis has had an interesting and eventful professional career. Passionate affairs with females took up a large chunk of life during his fame and success. He has been with his current wife, Katerina Kourgiouxidi, who he married in 2015, for 15 years. The singer told People magazine that his relationship with Katerina is open and honest. Responding to whether he would like to have a child he said that he was not pursuing it. “I don’t want to have a child with a scientific method, but with the natural way. And I will tell you why: Women in my life have had abortions and I consider it very selfish after so many children that have been aborted to have a child in a different way”, he said. He confessed that he felt regret for the abortions, but said at the time he feared the women he had slept with would try to exploit him via the children.
