Tripadvisor’s 2015 Travelers’ Choice awards, based on the reviews of millions of international travelers, included eight Greek hotels ranked among the best. Three of these hotels are on Santorini, two on Rhodes and one in verdant Halkidiki prefecture of northern Greece, the large island of Evia off central Greece and the Ionian sea island of Zakynthos.

Twenty-five Greek hotels were ranked as amongst the leading hotels of the world, most of these located on the volcanic isle of Santorini, ancient Thira, which boasts the world’s most spectacular caldera.
