Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras met in Brussels with Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem on the sidelines of the EU summit and agreed on talks between expert committees of Greece’s finance ministry and the the Troika in order to build the basis for agreement at an upcoming Eurogroup meeting on Monday.
