Woman arrested for having loud sex

She used to scream out the specific sex acts in which she was engaged

A Pennsylvania woman was arrested for having sex so loud that her neighbors’ dresser and bed shook, according to court documents.

Amanda Warfel, 25, made life miserable over the course of two years for a family of seven, including a father who was dying and a teen who was battling cancer.

The situation was so unbearable that the mother of the family, Tanya Saylor, gave two of her teen daughters headphones every night to try to block out the noises.

“It’s pretty pathetic when you have to have a protocol due to your neighbor’s actions,” she told the York Daily Record.

When the family tried to knock on the wall to quiet her down, the woman would get louder. She even used to scream out the specific sex acts in which she was engaged, so that Saylor’s family could hear her, according to court papers.

While Saylor’s 17-year-old daughter, who was battling cancer, needed to stay in the room for 10 days because “she had to be isolated up there,” Warfel had sex “nonstop, making sure that my daughter heard,” she told the newspaper.

“We let it go for two years,” Saylor said. “I shouldn’t have let it go that long. I should have started calling the police a year ago.”

Moreover, Saylor alleged that Warfel even made “racist comments” to one of her daughters, who is black.

Warfel pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment, but the charges were later reduced to citations. Warfel is supposed to be released June 20.
