Golden Dawn (GD) leader Nikos Mihaloliakos and deputies Christos Pappas and Yiannis Lagos on Friday were taken before the investigators to provide supplementary testimonies.
Some 150 Golden Dawn supporters, who were gathered outside the Appeals Court, attempted to approach the van that was carrying the three MPs. Police made use of flash-bang grenades to disperse them, whereas GD supporters threw rocks.
The three, who have been detained temporarily, have been summoned by magistrates Ioanna Klapa and Maria Dimitropoulou to give supplementary explanations on new charges against them.
The charge that Mihaloliakos and Lagos face this time is illegal possession of arms and explosives. The summon sent to Pappas concerns illegal weapon possession and violation of the law on antiquities.
The three MPs, according to sources, do not wish to ask for an extension to prepare their testimony on the new charges.
