The fans of Greek singer Antonis Remos and Julio Iglesias did not hesitate to spend 1000 euros for a ticket in the first row in order to watch the two singers performing live at the bar restaurant Nammos, Mykonos; two thousand euros for four people in the second row, while 45 euros for a drink at the bar.
The “stars” of the show, except of course from the two singers, were Turks, Romanians, Lebanese and some Greeks who spent tens of thousands of euros and opened hundreds of bottles of champagne even pouring those left in the sea.
Julio Iglesias was quite strict on the stage, probably because he thought for a moment that he was performing at Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and was asking the drunk audience to be quite. The Latino star with more than 300 million record sales seemed that he was not accustomed to such a noise when performing and he was kept on putting his finger on his mouth asking customers in the first row not to speak loudly.
At some point he wanted to share with them his sexual performance when he was younger, as he explained. In fact he said that he used to “make love before, during and after each concert,”.
Afterwards, Antonis Remos get on the stage and the two singers performed some songs together, such as “My Way” by Frank Sinatrea.
Then, the Greek singer started his show performing from about 3 o’clock in the morning until 6, whereas the audience was dancing and having a great time.
At the end of the show, there was a touching moment when Manolis Kodar got on stage and they performed together some songs impressing the audience, whereas Greek actress Vana Barba joined them on stage.
