The 52-year-old British national, arrested in Hersonissos area, in Iraklio, Crete, following the accusation of a father that the man was photographing his young daughter playing on the beach, was released on a 4,000 euro bail.

During his testimony to the investigating magistrate, the Briton denied all charges claiming he was just taking scenery photos.
