Lana Del Rey’s Italian lover, photographer Francesco Carrozzini, was spotted enjoying a coffee latte on the side proving that love triangles happen even in the best of families. Just a few days ago Carrozzini was enjoying coffee with Del Rey in a very romantic coffee shop and even before the aroma had wafted, he was back for another coffee date with a very different woman. Photos show that the third person in the menage a trois is Rita Ora’s older sister, manager Elena Sahatciu.
