German Ministry of Finance representative Marianne Kothe, indicated Berlin’s intentions regarding an early Greek exit from the Memorandum, by stating that: “We completely support Greece entering the markets provided that what is requested is implemented in full”.
Wolfgang Schauble stresses that the financial funding that Greece is seeking will have the full support of Berlin, provided that what is requested from Greece is implemented in full.
As the representative noted ” Besides, the program of fiscal adjustment  has been designed solely so that Greece becomes capable of entering the markets as soon as possible”.
Further on, when she was asked about the Greek debt, Ms Kothe stressed that the solution for the debt settlement will be taken in December, or in any case certainly before the end of the Greek program.
